The Chaffey Joint Union High School District uses Canvas as our Learning Management System. In Canvas you can:
 
  • Monitor current grades
  • View course content and assignments
 
 
Observer (Parent) Accounts:
Parents/guardians will manually create their accounts
A Pairing Code is required to create a parent account

The Aeries Parent Portal allows parents/guardians access to their student's data in our Aeries Student Information System. Parents/guardians will use Aeries Parent Portal to:
 
  • View and update contact information such as email, mobile phone, and work phone
  • Add or remove emergency contacts
  • View attendance in real time
  • View class schedule
  • View transcripts
  • View report card grades
  • Complete your summer data confirmation (no more paper packets!)
 
Contact your student's school to activate your Aeries Parent Portal account.
 
 
The Chaffey Joint Union High School District uses ParentSquare as our communication tool between families and school. In ParentSquare you can:
 
  • Select your preferred method of contact from school
  • Direct message teachers
  • Direct message school staff members
  • View school news and events
  • RSVP to events
  • Sign permission slips
  • And more!
 
Parent/guardian accounts are automatically created. Parents/guardians can access ParentSquare by downloading the app or logging in on the ParentSquare website.
